    The Sunset Silhouette EP is a story of self discovery and human triumph. It features two songs that explore the limits of the human mind.



    Sunsets bring imagery of closure and finality but they also bring the promise of new beginnings and this is something we wanted to capture on this record.

    The title track celebrates hope overcoming adversity whilst You Can’t Keep A Good Man Down takes a deeper look in to fighting our inner turmoil.

    This EP bares symbolisms to the brightness of humanity and takes a look at our personal experiences of isolation.

    Stepping out from solitude can be a difficult and painful journey, but togetherness always brings healing and warmth with it.

You Can’t Keep A Good Man Down is a story of triumph and courage. It speaks of standing up and being counted. It is a march towards glory.

Our minds can be a very desolate landscape. Painting pictures of battlefields, littered with versions of ourselves that we’ve lost to our own monologue of doubt and self destruction. 

You Can’t Keep A Good Man Down builds the strength and determination to find that power within us, and to be at peace with who we are.

To carry on, to pick ourselves up and to continue to put one foot in front of the other.

You Can’t Keep A Good Man Down features an unknown speaker reciting Rudyard Kiplings, ‘If’, as a triumphant reminder that we shall not be defeated and we shall continue forward in to greatness again.
